We accept all major cards (Debit or Credit card) and Bank transfer. Our website is hosted under a secured network which is operated by EKM Systems Ltd. Our card payment is hosted and processed via Clear Accept (Major Card Payment including Apple Pay) PayPal and Laybuy (Credit Company). Based on your choice of payment, you will be redirected the merchant website to make payment via a secured server at checkout!
Bank Transfer: we only accept bank payment to our business account - GIFT ENTERPRISES LIMITED which is our registered bank account name with BARCLAYS. If you would like to pay us by bank, please select this option at checkout!.
DELIVERY
Same Day Dispatch: We offer same day dispatch Monday- Friday excluding public and bank holiday! Cut- off time for same day- dispatch is 12 noon. Extended to 1pm for DHL delivery service during the festive season only! Normal cut-off time of 12pm still apply for other delivery services, more information displayed at checkout!

Standard Dispatch Time: Your order would normally be processed and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours after we have received full payment. For same day dispatch please order by 12noon as specified above. Otherwise, all orders will be dispatched within 24 - 48hours after receipt of payment excluding public and bank holidays.
Delivery Time: delivery time depends on the delivery service you chose at checkout. Once your payment is successful and your order is dispatched from our end, its then passed onto the delivery company to deliver your parcel. Rest assured, we use reputable and reliable delivery companies whom we have been working with for years. However, we cannot control transit times as they are subject to the delivery company and their operations. It may help to note, factors that affect delivery time include your location, distance and transit times and availability of the delivery company staff.
If you wish to receive your order faster, please select any of the following methods of delivery at Checkout DHL Express, Next Working Day Delivery and Saturday Guaranteed (recommended for orders placed on a Friday).
Once we dispatch your order, it is passed onto the delivery company (based on your delivery choice) to fulfill the delivery which 8 out of 10 times are on time. Unfortunately, if there are any delays with the delivery, its out of our control whilst your parcel is in transit. In which case, please let us know and we will work with you to contact the company.
Delivery Costs: this depends on your order weight and delivery choice. Delivery costs will be calculated automatically at checkout for both UK and International Deliveries except where free delivery have been offered.
Our goal is for you to receive your order safely, timely and at a reasonable cost. To keep delivery costs down and to fulfil your order, we may use similar or alternative delivery services where necessary. Simply, if for any reason we are not able to use your delivery choice (for example DHL), we may swap to an alternative delivery partner (like UPS, Parcelforce and Royal Mail) without notice. We cannot control delivery costs or transit times as they are subject to change. Factors that affect delivery costs include product weight, exchange rates, location and transit times. Note: other parts such as Northern Ireland, The Channels Island, The Isle of Man, Irish Republic, The Scottish Highlands and The Northern Isles are charged outside England and Wales delivery rates and are not classed as united Kingdom for shipping rate purposes.

- Next -Day Delivery (Usually delivered within 1 Day). May take up to 2 days depending on delivery location.
Note: Next-day delivery only applies to working day (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed on a Friday would be delivered the following Monday unless you pay for a Saturday Delivery (extra costs apply!) . - Saturday Guaranteed Delivery. Only applies to delivery on a Saturday.
