We are constantly working on improving our services and customer experience to serve you better and to help support our local community. We are pleased to offer Free Local Pick-up to customers in Hatfield and Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
This service may suit you if you live within Hatfield neighbouring towns and surrounding areas including St Albans, Stevenage, Welham Green, Borehamwood, Potters Bars, Brooksman Park, Enfield, Lemsford, Hertford and London Colney. Please note: with the current Covid-19 Pandemic we will be offering this service subject to the UK government rules and regulations and updates on the situation. This means that the 'Order and Collect' service would be operating subject to government instructions and may be temporarily affected. But, we will update our website if this is the case. Please take care to act upon the government's guidelines and take every precaution to keep safe whilst going out and about.
Eligibility: Order and Collect service is available to both local and existing customers who are within Hatfield neighbouring towns and surrounding areas as listed above. If you do not meet the criteria, not to worry, you can order for delivery instead. We have super fast delivery and dispatch same day when you place your order by 12 noon on a working day. Order Value: To qualify for 'Order and Collect' you must spend a minimum of £10 or more. You will automatically qualify for the service if your order amount is £10 or more.
Note: To help with the current changing times, we have made the Collection Service (Click and Collect) accessible and affordable to everyone by reducing the Minimum spend. Minimum spend is now reduced to £5 until further notice!
Payment: Pay by bank transfer only.

Unfortunately, due to security issues, we are unable to accept payment via Paypal or Amazon for Order and Collect' service''. We would only consider this option at our discretion, if you are a verified repeat customer or existing client. If you need help with payment or for more information, please contact us .
Collection Times: You will be able to choose a time- slot that works for you at checkout. However, we aim to process all collection within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order Monday- Fridays. Limited Hours on Saturday! Subject to successful receipt of your full bank payment, availability of product(s) and excluding public and bank holidays.
Cancellation: As per our terms and conditions we do not accept cancellations once payment has been received due to implications. Therefore, please ensure you are absolutely happy with your order before making payment. This is due to our dispatch system, same day dispatch policy and costs involved. Once orders are put through the batch or processed it would be difficult to cancel them. This also applies to 'Order and Collect' services. But, if you insist on cancelling your order, please note that there will be costs involved depending on the status of your order and when the request to cancel was processed. There is no guarantee that we are able to cancel. Please note therefore that we will not refund shipping/collection costs, payment processing fees. Plus, you will be charged 25% of the total product costs in addition to the shipping cost and processing fees deducted.
After Placing your order: you will receive the following automated delivery notes:
"You have chosen to pick up your order locally in Hatfield or Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. This order would usually be available to collect within the time-slot you selected or within 24- 48 hours (Monday- Fridays excluding public and bank hols) after your order is confirmed subject to product availability and receipt of payment via bank transfer. Please note that you must be available to pick up your order in Hatfield, AL10 or Welwyn AL7. We will contact you via email and/or phone with more information".
Confirming Your Collection: Once you have agreed a time and location with us by phone or email for your collection, your order would be processed as agreed. Please make sure you keep to the time as our staff have other orders to deliver to avoid delays and to keep the service going smoothly. Thanks for your understanding.
However, if for any reason you are not able to meet the agreed time, please communicate it to us via phone, Watsapp, Text or Email ASAP atleast 30mins before the collection time to avoid being charged 25% cancellation fee!
If you have booked your collection exactly 30 mins or less before collecting you will not be able to cancel your order without a charge. You may still go ahead and cancel if you wish but the 25% charge will still apply and cannot be waved. Therefore, we recommend that you allow enough time to collect your order.
Returns: Please note that we are not accepting returns via Order and Collect. If you need to make any returns after collecting your order, please do so via post. All orders less than £10 will be charged £1.50 flat rate.
